The Traveller (hereafter named “you” or “your”) and Santoriginal Tours, registered at Ministry of Tourism , with Business ID : 1167E60001080301 and VAT no. 801995404 (hereafter named “Santoriginal Tours”, “we”, “our” or “us”), agree to enter into the following:

By accessing, browsing, using, and/or completing a reservation through our website or through our approved reseller’s or booking agents , or Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s ) you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Santoriginal Tours.

Part I : General Terms of Use of the Website

1. The Company

 

The General Partnership Company under the trade name Santoriginal Tours, which has its registered offices in Santorini (Exo Gonia, 84700 GR) has created santoriginal.com website for customers who wish to perform their transactions electronically and benefit from the offers provided by the online transaction portal. We specialize in private tailor made expeditions. Reservations and bookings for our services can be made on our website or through our approved resellers & booking agents , online travel agencies. Should you encounter any problems, you can contact our customer care team.


2. Services

Santoriginal Tours provides an internet portal which offers tourist products and services. In particular:

  • Sightseeing island tours in Santorini
  • Private Shore excursions in Santorini
  • Cruises around the island of Santorini
  • Wine Tours and Culinary experiences
  • Arrival and Departure Shuttle or Private Transportation
  • Attraction Tickets

The purchase or booking of products or services through the website is possible subject to availability of the specific product or service.


3. Confirmation of bookings, delivery of confirmation

Upon booking through our website, you'll receive an email confirmation. Please bring this confirmation with you on the day of the tour, as this will act as proof of payment & reservation. Ensure you provide accurate information during booking and notify us of any discrepancies. Amendments may not be possible as your departure date approaches. The Lead traveller making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of their travel group and is responsible for payment due from the group in its entirety.


4. Method of payment

The website is using PayPal to process credit card payments, which helps you process payments fast and secure. It should be noted that most types of credit cards are accepted. The customer’s credit card details shall be used in this case to secure the booking.


5. Cancellations, changes

Modifications or cancellations to your booking must be made 48 hours prior to departure to qualify for a full refund. Regrettably, refunds can't be processed for cancellations made after this period, and a commission may apply for credit card refunds. However, if the cancellation is on our end, no commission is taken. Please note, refund requests are processed up to 4 weeks following the cancellation date.


6. Rejection of a booking

We reserve the right to reject orders for a booking made by a customer, if the latter has violated the terms of use of the website


7. Regulations concerning passports, visas, foreign currency, and health guidelines

Customers are required to adhere to Greek laws regarding passports, visa procurement, health protocols, and so forth. Customers can reach out for any necessary information.


8. Disclaimer

Santoriginal Tours makes all possible efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the website without guaranteeing the proper operation and suitability of the software or the products and services offered, or that it will function without interruption, or that it will be free of viruses or any other similar elements. The same applies to other information included on this website which is provided by third parties

The website features links to third-party websites, and the information presented can be subject to continuous changes. Santoriginal Tours and its associates reserve the right to alter the website at any point in time.

Santoriginal Tours bears no accountability and will not provide compensation for strikes, force majeure events, or any other incidents beyond its direct control. Additionally, it won't be held responsible for any additional costs, omissions, delays, route changes, or actions or omissions by any governmental authority.


10. Copyright, trademarks

 

Copyright and any other protected rights pertaining to this website are held by Santoriginal Tours. The content of this website is exclusively owned by Santoriginal Tours, including all its trademarks, logotypes and any graphic designs depicted on the website, or by third party.

 

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, transfer, alter, resell, create derivative works or mislead the public regarding the actual provider of the website content. Any reproduction, re-issue, uploading, announcement, diffusion or transmission and any other use of the content in any manner whatsoever and with any means whatsoever for commercial or other purposes is permitted only upon Santoriginal Tour's prior consent or upon agreement with any other holder of intellectual property rights.

Part II: Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum notice period of 48 hours for cancellations in order to process a full 100% refund of your booking cost.

Unfortunately, if a cancellation is made after this stipulated time frame or you do not show for your tour at the agreed meeting point and time, we won't be able to offer a refund. 

However, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we will always strive, to the best of our ability, to accommodate these changes and reschedule you onto a new trip departure, where there is availability and it is feasible to do so.

If unforseen events on the tour date prevent the program's completion (e.g., strikes), we will collaborate to find an alternative. Should no solution be mutually agreed upon, either we or you can cancel, receiving a full refund.

Regarding Shore Excursions, we have a specific policy in place. In the event that a particular port of call is cancelled for any reason, rest assured that a refund will be processed.

Part III: Specific Terms and Conditions

Pick up & Drop off Service

We provide pick-up and drop-off services for most of our tours. Make sure to check if these services are included in the tour price, optional, or if you need to meet us at the specified location. You're accountable for your pick-up, including giving us your preferred location and being ready on time. If your accommodation is in a walking or restricted zone, the nearest bus stop will be your pick-up spot. Your voucher will have the details, contact us if you're unsure.

Missing the pick-up won't entitle you to a refund. Missed tours will not be refunded, but we might reschedule, subject to availability. It's on you to request rescheduling.


Meeting Us on Location

As a traveller, it's your responsibility to arrive on time at the right meeting point for your tour. We'll provide details about this in your booking voucher. If you're uncertain about when to arrive, please contact us. Please kindly make sure to provide us with most suitable & preferred method of communication preferably WhatsApp # / cell no of lead traveller of the group while you visiting Santorini. Note that if you miss the start time, we'll try to reschedule your tour when possible, based on availability.

For those travelling via cruise ship, the departure time might be adjusted based on the disembarkation process in Santorini.


Accessibility

Our tours may not always accommodate those with mobility issues. Please reach out to our team before booking.  Santoriginal Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose health may prevent or disrupt any of the programs, at its absolute discretion.


Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers all eventualities including force majeure, flight cancellations, and other disruptions to your travel.


Guides

Professionally licensed guides lead all our tours, ensuring expert guidance.


Itineraries

Our tours follow set routes, but unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes.


Baggage

Passengers assume responsibility for their luggage. We recommend individual baggage insurance to cover any potential damage.


Lost Items

Lost or forgotten items are the owner's responsibility, though we will do our best to recover them. We are not liable if items aren't retrieved.


Tour Details

Seat reservations aren't available on our Tours or Experiences. Tour order may change due to traffic. Guides will instruct when to return to the coach; if late, guests must arrange and pay for their own return. No refund available if late for booking.


Pricing Policy

Prices do not include gratuities to the guide, driver, personal items, lunch (except when stated) and travel to or from stations and hotels.


Miscellaneous

Hot food and drink is not permitted on board the coach. Smoking including e-cigarettes is not permitted on board the coach.
